	The Diaform range of dressers produce high precision components quickly, in the case of 'one offs' and consistently for production runs, without the need for additional setting up. Complex and deep forms can be produced and form relief and top rakee angle compensation, used in the production of cutting tools, can be achieved without the need for modified templates.
Diaform CNC grinding wheel profiling systems are second to none in terms of their technology, ease of operation, versatility and accuracy. The Diaform CNC system is simple, fast and accurate both to program and set-up. Color graphics assist the operator to make full use of the 0.5 micron resolution, and simplifies the setting of the diamond tool presentation to the profile. Diaform CNC has full 3 axis dressing capability, achieving an excellent production of deep and complex forms.
