The Super
Slot Master is a dual diamond dresser that is used on a surface
grinder or OD grinder, to qualify wheel thickness for slot grinding.
This unique design has rigid columns that are clamped stationary for
dressing. A patented infeed mechanism, internal to each column provides
perfectly balanced diamond feed to both sides of the wheel. Since
the diamond rams move, not the columns, no deflection is possible.
The benefit is dressed wheels with straight, true sides and thin wheels
won't fracture. Infeed increment is 0.0001" (0.00005" per side)
The Super
Balance Master is a very sensitive grinding wheel balance system that
significantly improves ground surface finish, size holding, wheel life
and spindle life with wheels up to 10" diameter. To achieve perfect
balance the rails are absolutely parallel and straight and
the base sets on three spherical points, two of which are adjustable.
The unit uses a platen and large precision steel ball to achieve
absolute level in two planes. Included is a balance arbor
with 1" x 25% "grippy surface" taper that is straight within 0.0001".
Used with a "micro" adjustable wheel balance ring (sold separately).

Gage Blocks What could be new about 1-2-3 blocks? Plenty...These
blocks are designed to screw together, in building block fashion
to construct all sorts of aids, gages and fixtures. They incorporate 1/4-20
tapped holes and 0.376 reamed holes for mounting 3/8" stem indicator.
Sold individually. Pair matching is not necessary. All
dimensions are within 0.00005" of nominal, as is Squareness and parallellism.
